Driven by Walter Röhrl and Christian Geistdörfer as car No. 5 on the 1985 Rallye Sanremo, this finished 1/24 scale build represents the Audi Sport quattro S1 E2 in its late-Group B specification. The model has been enhanced with an additional photo-etched detail set to sharpen exterior and cockpit definition beyond the standard kit.

The real S1 E2 was powered by a short-stroke 2.1-litre inline-five turbocharged engine, producing extreme, abruptly delivered power that defined its driving style. Combined with quattro four-wheel drive, aggressive aerodynamic appendages, and minimal weight, it became one of the most intimidating and instantly recognisable cars of the Group B era. Remembered as much for its raw performance as for its unmistakable soundtrack.
